FURTHER POLITICAL REFORM IN HONG KONG:

The debate on the future development of Hong Kong's political system will inevitably intensify during the coming months and years. It is to be hoped that this can be as informed and constructive a discussion as possible.

By way of contribution to this debate, the HKDF intends to make as much information as it can be available on various aspects of our political system.

As a start to this process we are opening a section to assist in discussion on the possible introduction of a Bicameral System. In addition to the articles initially posted we will update this section from time to time with new material, as this becomes available to us. We would also like to encourage submissions of articles and opinions on the subject and will include all of these in our Bicameral System section, so we can develop this into a useful resource for those who are interested in this topic.
