The Hong Kong Democratic Foundation (HKDF) together Community Development Initiative Foundation (CDIF) and Democracy Depot (ReformHK.hk) held a seminar on alternative proposals and comments on Hong Kong's constitutional reform titled "Looking forward: Key Arrangements of Hong Kong's Constitutional Reform" on 28 November 2009.
